Terms & Conditions

• One-Time Use: Each discount code can only be used once per verified service record.
• New Orders Only: This discount applies only to initial wheelchair orders and cannot be applied to Pre-Loved Inventory, which is already discounted.
• No Affirm Financing: This discount is only available for paid-in-full orders, not financing through Affirm.
• Matching Information: The name, address, email, and phone number on the order must match the information provided on the verification form.
• Eligible Users: This discount is only valid for the service member or their spouse.
• In-Stock Items: The discount applies to in-stock or backordered items only. Items that are restocked later are not eligible for the discount at that time.

Service Requirements

• First Responders: Must be sworn in as part of their role.
• Military Personnel: Must have served a minimum of 2 years active duty.
• Provide the U.S. Department of Defense Form DD-214 showing an honorable discharge or a general discharge under honorable conditions.
