We offer a 30-day return policy. If the FOLD & GO is not right for you, simply send it back to us. We will examine the overall condition of the returned wheelchair and refund you according to the amount of damage, dents, scratches, dings, or overall wear and tear done to the wheelchair while in your possession.
Shipping & Handling is NON-REFUNDABLE. An Additional Return Merchandise Shipping Fee from the original delivery address back to our Warehouse is $100 & a Return Process Handling Fee of $100 (Total $200).
Your FOLD & GO Wheelchair MUST BE put back in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING (our FOLD & GO custom fitted LOGO cardboard shipping box, plus the 2-inches of thick white foam box lining) when we shipped the chair to you after purchase. We will NOT accept any returns for wheelchairs not shipped back in the original packaging!

Any orders that have shipped and the receiver/customer REFUSES DELIVERY of that order, will be charged a PENALTY of $100 in ADDITION to the 10% Restocking fee, Return Merchandise Shipping & Handling Fee of $200, any Return to Sender charges, Affirm Financing fees of $180 (if applicable), plus any additional damages to the order as itemized on the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR WHEELCHAIRS RETURNED WITH A BENT FRAME, OR ON FRAMES THAT HAVE BEEN ALTERED FROM OUR ORIGINAL PATENTED DESIGN.

You must fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form below BEFORE we can process your refund. Your RMA form will be submitted to us electronically, once we receive the form we will email you a copy of your submitted RMA form. We will contact UPS to schedule the return shipping pickup date, and printed label for your wheelchair.
